<description><![CDATA[<b>Etiquette when using the Forum - PLEASE READ THIS FIRST' </b><span style="font-family:sans-serif"></span><br/><br/><b>Search Before Posting.</b><span style="font-family:sans-serif"> use the forum search option to make sure this question has not already been asked and answered by other users. Even if your question does not appear in the thread list it may still be available as an item in the Library of the main website</span><br/><br/><b>Stay On Topic.</b><span style="font-family:sans-serif"> it’s important to read </span><u>all of the thread</u><span style="font-family:sans-serif"> in the particular discussion and keep your posts related to the Original Post (OP). </span><br/><br/><b>Create New Topic. </b><span style="font-family:sans-serif">If it is for a reply that is off topic or if the existing thread is very old or rambling consider creating new topic with a link to the old one. </span><br/><br/><b>Don’t Double Post</b><span style="font-family:sans-serif">. When using the forums it annoys other users when you post the same message more than once and in more than one discussion thread. If you make a post and no one replies, then try sending private messages to HA members who have posted it on the topic before. </span><br/><br/><b>Use Reply with Quote Only When Necessary </b><span style="font-family:sans-serif">to highlight a reply. Edit it if it is long as otherwise the thread becomes difficult to read </span><u>Do not leave the reply post blank.</u><br/><span style="font-family:sans-serif"></span><u><br/></u><b>Include the boat type</b><span style="font-family:sans-serif"> and describe problem as clearly as you can with photos if possible </span><br/><br/><b>Topic Subject Needs to Be Descriptive </b><span style="font-family:sans-serif">with key words so users can find them using the search engine </span><br/><br/><b>Read Your Post Through Before Posting</b><span style="font-family:sans-serif"> - sometimes predictive text or clumsy fingers can end up with rubbish that is difficult to understand </span><br/><br/><b>Edit your posts</b><span style="font-family:sans-serif"> it is easy to make corrections please do not repeat the post in its entirety or post corrections it makes it difficult to follow.
